For some reason, I found this piece of history amongst my small collection of old archived photos, clearly showing the date that "Lot 2916" Eng Ann Est was purchased by Father, ie 22 Dec 1960.
Does anyone know how much in total was paid when the house was finally handed over?

According to Ah Ko, the house was bought at Rm12,800.
