QingMing with a big bang!

This year's QingMing is another occasion for all the Lee clan to come together and continue a tradition that is long cherished and followed by us.

However, this time around, 2 strings of firecrackers (bought from an enterprising seller on his motorbike that morning) were lit to bring new cheers to all of us who attended Ah Kong and Ah Mah's gravesite. "Huat-ah!"

(..close your eyes,listen to these firecrackers, and imagine that the firecrackers were much longer than the 13 seconds of video here..)

The Registration of Marriage was held at Thean Hou Temple, KL.

Ying took her first steps in early childhood teaching in Auntie Nellie's preschool in Singapore.




Yes, we can say that in the end, we are all teachers of sorts..just as Ying was initiating her own possible teaching career, following the footsteps of her grandfather, Lee Liang Chern..

Farewell Uncle See Pek

Our dearest Di Pek (二伯) (Lee See Pek @ Lee Kok Mai) has passed away on 13th April 2011 at about 1:15am.

Di Pek, may you rest in peace.
